Mt. Pines Farm is a 275-hectare development along the farm lot concept undertaken by A Brown Co Inc and North Kitanglad
Agricultural Corp. It is situated 1,200 meters above sea level on the side of Mt. Kitanglad facing Manolo Fortich town in Bukidnon.
The farm lot is a concept which came to the Philippines in 2001. It revolves around the idea of giving busy urbanites and their
families weekend breathers in a rustic setting, complete with vegetable farming, flower gardening, angling, camping, trekking, horseback riding, and biking opportunities.
If the farm lot owner so desires, he can make Mt. Pines his primary residence. A perimeter fence and a 24-hour security take care of security concerns.
Manolo Fortich with its churches, wet market, restaurants, and a general hospital is just fifteen minutes away. So is the Del Monte golf course and club house. Cagayan de Oro is just an hour’s
drive; Malaybalay City is even less.
Mt Pines has commercial power, a water system, macadam roads, and a club house. Under construction is an international conference center with live-in facilties . Professionals from all over are expected to keep this center busy.
Mt. Pines comes with its signatue rustic ambience. Each sight, sound, and smell sings of nature’s abundance: the fresh mountain air, the sound of cascading water from a nearby brook, the rumble of distant thunder. The climate is cool the whole year round, with the temperature dropping to 14 degrees Celcius even in noontime summer.
Designed with expat retirees in mind, it is perfect for a vacation home. |
